    • PURPOSE:To generate an energizing force in the direction of displacement from a balance point by the displacement from the balance point by arranging a couple of springs using leaf springs each having a conic surface on one side opposite each other while displacing them initially. CONSTITUTION:An operating force applying mechanism 10 consists of a guide rod 12 provided laterally between both end walls 11a and 11b of a spring storage case, a transmission member 13 penetrating the guide rod 12, plural belleville springs 1 penetrating the guide rod 12 while compressed and displaced initially in the assist force application direction of the member 13 in advance, and a coil spring 5 penetrating the guide rod 12 while compressed and displaced initially in the opposite direction of the member 13 in advance. The belleville springs 1 are formed of spring steel as a raw material so that their center opening parts 2 are H higher than the lower ends of shoulder wall parts 3. An assist force between strokes appears as the resultant force of the springs 5 and 1 and the belleville springs 1 operate as resistances and are made nonlinear so that the assist force enters a saturated state as the springs are displaced.
