    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an abnormal contact bearing pressure from being formed between a tire and a support roller and allow the whole surfaces of the tire and the support roller to uniformly contact with each other by a moving thruster roller. SOLUTION: A cylindrical kiln trunk 2 having an inclined axis is rotatably supported to a pair of left/right support rollers 4L and 4R in a part of the tire 3 provided therein. Bearing parts 6L and 6R of the support rollers 4L and 4R are fixed and supported to independent roller mount boards 7L and 7R respectively. The moving thruster roller 11a is fixed and supported on a thruster mount board 9 independent from the roller mount boards 7L and 7R. The moving thruster roller 11a regulates the movement of the tire 3 in the kiln axial direction and reciprocates the tire 3 on the support roller 4 in the kiln axial direction. The moving thruster roller 11a is provided between the roller mount boards 7L and 7R. The support bearings 13L and 13R restrict the roller mount boards 7L and 7R not to move in the kiln axial direction and support them to incline according to the inclination of the tire 3.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a sensor for detecting the size of frequency and vibration load of a structure or a machine product without requiring a complicated measuring instrument.
      SOLUTION: A plurality of vibrating pieces 2 different in the relationship between the size of natural frequency and the vibration load and a progress of a crack are attached to an object to be detected 5 such as the structure or the machine product. When the object 5 vibrates, the vibrating pieces 2 having the natural frequency close to its frequency resonate, and the crack progresses from an initial crack 4 prearranged in the vibrating pieces 2. Since the relationship between the natural frequency of the vibrating pieces 2, the size of the vibration load, and the progress of the crack is known, the size of the frequency and the vibration load of the object 5 can be detected by measuring how much crack progress is in any vibrating piece 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of supporting a rotary kiln where an abnormal contact pressure is avoided to be caused between a tire and a supporting roller and the tire and the supporting roller are uniformly brought in contact with each other on the whole surface by means of a movable thruster roller. SOLUTION: A cylindrical kiln drum 2, whose axis is tilted, is rotatably supported with a pair of right and left supporting rollers 4L and 4R at the part of the tire 3 provided there. Bearing parts 6L and 6R of both supporting rollers 4L and 4R are fixed at the common roller base plate 7 respectively. The movable thruster roller 11a is also provided in the roller base plate 7. The movable thruster roller 11a controls the movement in the kiln axis direction of the tire 3, and reciprocates the tire in the kiln axis direction on the supporting rollers 4L and 4R. The movable thruster roller 11a is provided in the roller base plate 7. The roller base plate 7 is restricted not to move in the kiln axis direction, and supported so as to tilt the supporting rollers 4L and 4R in the kiln axis direction corresponding to the inclination of the tire 3.
