    • PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent double pipe structure by freely selecting a quality of material without being limited by the diameter and length of an outside pipe, by spirally winding a bandlike lining material onto the inside surface of the outside pipe, and joining its mutual edges to be joined. CONSTITUTION:A carbon steel-made outside pipe 1 having pressure resistance and heat resistance is placed on ball supporting bases 4, 4, and the outside pipe 1 is rotated and is moved forward forcibly. A bandlike stainless steel-made lining material 2' wound around a reel 6 is fed out by idle rollers 7, 7, an industrial adhesive material is applied onto a side edge 8 of 1 side and a reverse side 9 through adhesive rollers 12, 13 from a tank 11, and is pressed against the inside surface of the outside pipe 1 and is made to adhere by a wind-installing roller 15. In this case, by the press roller 15 and spring-back of the lining material 2', the lining material 2' is spirally continued, joined, fixed and sealed exactly.

    • PURPOSE:To form a joint part excellent in corrosion resistance reducing consumption of expensive antocorrosion metal by cnstructing a joint of double-tube provided with a corrosion resisting inner tube with anticorrosion metal ring having an overhanging part. CONSTITUTION:A double-tube consisting of a corrosion resisting inner tube made of stainless steel etc. and an outer tube made of carbon steel is used for a metallic tube for transporting corrosive fluid such as an oil well tube etc. In connecting the double tube, internal threads 10 provided in a fastening part 12 made of carbon steel at connecting end of the double tube are cut in tapered form, and the end face 13 is machined smoothly at right angles. Next, an overhanging part 9 is provided on the base 8' made of stainless steel. At the same time, both end faces 14 of a joint that forms a passing face 7 of corrosive fluid is machined inside smoothly and an right angles. The both end faces 13, 14 is brought into contact and electron beam welded 15. Thus, double-tubes are joined with a joint excellent in corrosion resistance using a small quantity of stainless steel.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a titled apparatus for producing a good double-layered pipe which tightly fits inside and outside pipes without rupture by fastening the seal jaws at both ends of the inside pipe to movable seals fitted to a mandrel at the top end of the mandrel, inserting the outside pipe onto the inside pipe and pressurizing the space between the mandrel and the inside pipe. CONSTITUTION:The seal jaw part 3 at one end of an inside pipe is fastened by a clamp seal 8 to the seal part 7 of a movable seal 6 fitted onto a mandrel 17. The seal jaw part 3' at the other end of the inside pipe is fastened by a clamp seal 8' actuated by a hydraulic actuator 18 at the top end of the mandrel. An outside pipe 1 is inserted onto an inside pipe 2 and the space 21 between the mandrel 17 and the pipe 2 is pressurized by which the pipe 2 is pressed and fitted tight to the inside surface of the pipe 1. Since the pipe 2 is extensible and contractable at one end 3, no undue tensile stress is exerted to the pipe 2 and the good double-layered pipe is obtd. without rupture of the inside and outside surfaces 1, 2.

    • PURPOSE:To insert an inside pipe into an outside pipe without applying an excessive pressing-in force to the inside pipe and to reduce the cost of the device, by fixing one end of the inside pipe inserted into the outside pipe by a fixed seal clamp and fixing the other through a pressing spring by a movable seal clamp. CONSTITUTION:An outside pipe 20 is heated at a prescribed temperature to increase the diameter of the pipe, and an inside pipe 21 is cooled from a natural temperature by cold water to reduce the diameter of the pipe, and these pipes are superposed relatively with the difference in diameter and are fitted, and the front end of the inside pipe 21 is fixed to a seal clamp 11 of a stand 4. A cylinder 7' is operated to move a sleeve piston backward through a cross head 14 and a pressing spring 19, and the rear end of the inside pipe 21 is fixed to a seal clamp 11', and the cylinder is operated to set the inside pipe 21 so that an intial pressing-in force of a set magnitude in the axial direction is given to the inside pipe 21 through the pressing spring 19. Then, a valve 5' is closed, and a valve 5 is opened, and water is charged into the inside pipe 21 through a conduit 6 and a water charging hole 3 to fill up water in the inside pipe 21. Next, the valve 5 is closed, and a plunger 8 is press-advanced by a cylinder 7 to apply a pipe expanding force to the inside pipe 21. At this time, though the inside pipe 21 is contracted in the axial direction because of pipe expansion, the inside pipe 21 is pressed into the outside pipe by the pressing-in force of the pressing spring 19.

    • PURPOSE:To fit inside and outside tubes with uniform precision, by inserting the inside tube into the outside tube and flowing a cooling liquid to the inside tube before the work for expanding the diameter of the inside tube while agitating the cooling liquid cooling the inside tube uniformly to reduce the diameter and extending diameters of inside and outside diameters as one body. CONSTITUTION:An inside tube 2 is inserted to an outside tube 1, and cooling water supplying and discharging tubes 5 and 6 are fitted and sealed to ends 2' and 2'' of the inside tube 2. Turbin type fins 10 and 10 which turn the flow of cooling water 7 in the same direction and propellers 12 and 12 motors which are provided coaxially inside tubes 5 and 6 to flow cooling water are provided at ends of tubes 5 and 6. Propellers 12 and 12 are operaed to supply cooling water, and simultaneously, and electric heater 4 is heated and is brought into contact with the outside tube 1 to heat the outside tube 1, and the inside tube 2 is cooled by cooling water 7. Cooling water 7 is turned and flowed spirally by the supplying function of propellers 12 and 12 and the turning force applying function of fins 10 and 10. Consequently, the temperature distribution is not deflected in the circumferential direction, and the inside tube 2 is cooled uniformly to reduce the diameter without forming a staying space above even if vapor exists. Next, the inside diameter 2 is expanded and is brought into contact with the inside face of the outside tube 1, and these tubes are expanded as one body and are fitted and joined tightly uniformly.
