    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous acidic flavoring composition capable of improving freedom of compound perfume, and capable of sustaining the perfume attached to an object for a long time, and to provide a method for improving the sustainability of the perfume.
      SOLUTION: The aqueous acidic flavoring composition contains a premix (A) obtained by previously mixing a perfume composition (a1) containing 10-100 mass% of a perfume component having LogPow of 3.0-30 with 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxytoluene (a2) in a mass ratio of (a1)/(a2) regulated so as to be 3-200, a surfactant (B) and water. The method for producing the composition, and the method for improving the sustainability of the perfume by bringing the aqueous acidic flavoring composition or a diluted water obtained by diluting the aqueous acidic flavoring composition with water into contact with the flavoring object are also provided.
