SOLUTION: Colors of a plurality of different sites of an examinee are measured with a colorimeter and input to an arithmetic unit. For example, exposed sites usually exposed to external light, including the cheeks, forehead and neck or the like of an examinee, and nonexposed parts usually not exposed to external light, including the part below the jaw, insides of brachia and insides of antebrachia are measured. Measured colorimetric values are displayed on a two-dimensional plane of the H axis and the V axis in the Munsell color system for example, whereby differences in colorimetric values between the exposed portions and the nonexposed portions are charted clearly, a determination is easily made about how the skin of the exposed portions is damaged by ultraviolet rays as compared with the nonexposed portions and blackened and exact advice is offered.
