      PREPARATION: The compound of formula I can be prepared by brominating the acylated 4-acylbiphenyl of formula II, condensing with dimethyl malonate, hydrolyzing and decarbonating the condensation product, esterifying with methanol- sulfuric acid after reduction, carrying out the acetylation and oxidization of the product, cyclizing the product, and carrying out several steps such as reduction, esterification, etc.
