摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an inspection system low-priced and capable of inspecting the interior of a loop chamber minutely in a wide range by remote operation even during the operation of a plant. CONSTITUTION:An inspection system for the primary loop chamber of a nuclear power plant has a guide pipe 5 formed of plural main routes 3 and branch routes 4 branched off from the main routes 3 by a branching device 6, and disposed at an inspection required place in a loop chamber being provided with a camera head holding device 9 at the tip of the branch route 4. The inspection system further has a drum 12 installed outside of the loop chamber, a feeder 80 capable of inserting and pulling out a rosary like cable 10, wound to the drum 12 being provided with a pusher 13 and the like, into and from the guide pipe 5 by the pusher 13, a camera head 2 provided at the tip of the rosary like cable 10 and removably held to the camera head holding device 9 in an operating part while being tiltable and rotatable in a camera part, and a control panel for remote-operating the branching device 6, the feeder 80 and the camera head 2 from the outside of the loop chamber.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to continuously and automatically perform the flaw detection of a stud bolt with good efficiency, by attaching a plurality of stud bolts to the periphery of a support in a detachable manner and holding a probe to the arm revolving around the support. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of receiving stands are provided on the circle of circumference around a support 4 on a base plate and stud bolts 5 for clamping the lid of the vessel of an atomic reactor are provided to said receiving stands in a detachable manner. A support stand 15 is attached to the support 4 and an arm 21 is attached to the support 4 so as to be rotated around said support 4. A rack 40 moving up and down through a guide 27 is attached to the leading end of the arm 21 and an ultrasonic probe 43 is attached to the lower end of the rack 40. The probe 43 is successively driven by pulse motors 19, 31 to continuously perform flaw detection.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent exposure of a worker and to improve the degree of finishing of the inner surface of a heat transfer fine tube, by a method wherein, in an atomic power plant, positioning of a tool for finishing to the heat transfer tube, insertion, and driving rotation of the tool, and the feed and recovery of water for cleaning are effected through remote control from the outside of a water room. CONSTITUTION:A guide tube 14 is positioned to an object heat transfer fine tube 3 by means of guide device 12. A honing tool is inserted in the heat transfer fine tube 3 through the guide tube 14. By rotating the boning tool together with a flexible shaft 15 by means of a rotary driving mechanism, the inner surface of the heat transfer fine tube 3 is ground. By injecting water through the honing tool through the feed of water to the interior of the flexible shaft 15 by means of a water feeding mechanism, a ground surface is washed. As noted above, since finishing of cleaning of the heat fine tube is automatically performed through remote control, a worker is prevented from exposure, and the degree of finishing can be improved.

Air is supplied to a diaphragm to protrude a pivotal mirror to the front of the CCD camera with an inclination, the other illuminating lamp is turned upward to remotely visually observe the area just above, whereby a clear image is provided. When the area just under is visually observed, a rotating casing is rotated prior to the insertion of the flexible visual confirmation member 40 to turn it up side down.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency for peeling off scale by ejecting mixture fluid comprising fine dry ice particles mixed with compressed air to a part with scale attached inside a steam generating part. SOLUTION: A liquefied carbon dioxide gas cylinder 21 is connected via a tube 27 to a fine dry ice particle maker 23. The maker 23 is connected via a fine dry ice particle tube 29 to a cleaning station 31 and further connected to a compressed air source 33 in a reactor plant equipped with a steam generator. The station 31 selects a size and an amount of fine dry ice particles and adjusts a pressure of compressed air. An ejection nozzle 41 connected to a blast gun 37 is brought close to and opposite to a site of interest, and mixture fluid comprising fine dry ice particles and compressed air is ejected for striking scale like a sandblast to have the scale peeled off and removed. Since the fine dry ice particles have a larger unitary mass than air, they come against the scale with large momentum, thereby efficiently peeling the scale off.

Therefore, the heat generation and the damage of the optical fiber 14 are prevented, and the dew condensation generated at the end face of the optical fiber due to the cool water is also prevented by the gas suction pipe 16b.
