摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and effectively perform a series of treatments from extraction to crystallizing recovery in by response to a variation in object concentration in water to be treated by adjusting a pH value of stripping agent before stripping based on a pH value after stripping. SOLUTION: A pipeline for feeding stripping agent in which boron has been back extracted in a stripping 3 to a crystallizer 4 is provided with a pH meter 4A to measure pH. And pH of the stripping agent before backward extraction is determined so that pH of stripping agent after backward extraction becomes a predetermined pH value. Based on this result, the operation of a chemical injection pump P2 is controlled. When pH of the stripping agent after stripping for adjusting the added quantity of alkali to a pH adjusting tank 2 is lower than a predetermined pH value, the fed quantity of alkali to the pH adjusting tank 2 is increased so that pH of the stripping agent is raised, and on the contrary, when pH of the stripping agent after backward extraction is higher than the predetermined pH value, the fed quantity of alkali to the pH adjusting tank 2 is reduced so that pH of the stripping agent is lowered. In this way, by increasing or decreasing the fed quantity of alkali, pH of the stripping agent before stripping is adjusted.

SOLUTION: In a preliminary reaction tank 1, Ca salts and/or Al salts 7 are added to water 6 containing fluoride ions and COD components to adjust pH to 5-8 to effect sedimentation and solid-liquid separation is effected at a solid-liquid separation tank 2 to discharge sludge 11 and flowing out liquid 12 is evaporated at an evaporating device 3 to recover water 13 and concentrated liquid 14 is introduced into a coagulating reaction tank 4, where polyvalent metal salts 15 are added to the liquid 14 to adjust pH so that solids are produced and solid-liquid separation is effected in a solid-liquid separation tank 5 and sludge 20 is returned to the tank 1, while separated liquid is subjected to an ion-exchange treatment at an ion-exchange tank 22 filled with weak-base anion-exchange resins 23.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove effectively fluorine and boron, by a method wherein fluorine and boron are removed and boronic fluoride is decomposed by successively executing processes in which raw material is brought in contact with ion exchange resin having performance for selectively adsorbing boron, concentrated by heating, and treated under existence of multi-valent metal ion. SOLUTION: Raw water containing fluorine, boron, and boronic fluoride is introduced into a pH adjusting tank, NaOH or the like is added, pH is adjusted at 7 or higher, which is sent to a boron adsorption tower 2, and brought in contact with ion exchange resin adsorbing selectively boron. Boron is removed thereby, and borofluoride is decomposed. Then, after making pH acidic with a pH adjusting tank 3, it is concentrated with an evaporation tower 4 to recover distilled water, and the residual boric fluoride is decomposed. Concentrated water is sent to an aggregation tank 5, adjusted to neutrality or higher under existence of multi-valent metal such as Ca or the like, and fluorine is made multi-valent metal salt, which is removed by separation with a precipitation tank 6. Thus, industrial waste water containing fluorine, boron, and borofluoride can be effectively treated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise back extraction efficiency and extraction efficiency by using an aqueous alkaline solution as a back extractant and back-extracting the extractant after boron extraction at a predetermined temperature or higher. SOLUTION: An extractant which has extracted boron from an extraction tank 1 is fed as a back extractant to a back extraction tank 2 equipped with a mixer part and a settler part at a rate of about 42 L/hr. An aqueous NaOH solution having a pH of about 13 is simultaneously fed at a rate of about 10.5 L/hr in order to carry out back extraction. The extractant after back extraction is returned to an extraction process through pipes 16, 12 and is recirculated for use. At this time, the back extractant fed to the back extraction tank 2 is heated so as to raise temperature in the back extraction tank to 20 deg.C or higher. The back extractant after back extraction is transferred to a precipitation tank 3 and is cooled to about 23 deg.C or lower to precipitate boron, which is then taken out from a pipe 18. The back extractant is returned to the back extraction tank 2 via a pipe 19, a heating means 4 and a pipe 15 and is recycled for use. By this process, efficiency of extraction, back extraction and precipitation is raised.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse recovered water by attempting reduction of an amount of adsorption resin to be used by decreasing a used amount of a medicine and a generation amount of sludge by a method wherein after aggregation precipitation treatment of enriched water obtained by enriching boron-containing water, treating water is brought in contact with boron adsorption resin. SOLUTION: Boron-containing water is sent to a distillation column 1 to be enriched. Vapour blown out from a crest of the distillation column 1 is enriched with a condenser 2, and reused as enriched water. The enriched water is sent to an aggregation precipitation tank 3, pH is adjusted, and an appropriate portion of the boron is discharged into sludge. The treating water after aggregation precipitation treatment is sent to a boron adsorption resin column 4, the borori is removed with adsorption, and the water is discharged as final treating water of reference value or under in boron concentration. Thus, boron is effectively removed from the boron-containing water, most of water can be recovered and reused, and a water discharge amount can be reduced. Further, an additional amount of medicine and a generation amount of sludge can be also reduced.

SOLUTION: When waste water containing monoethanolamine, diethanolamaine, triethanolamine or monoisopropanolamine is treated, an oxidizing agent is added to the waste water and alkanolamine is subjected to oxidative decomposition in the presence of a metal catalyst at 40-250 deg.C. At this time, as the oxidizing agent, hydrogen peroxide is used or hydrogen peroxide and nitrite are together used. The use amt. of the oxidizing agent is set to 1-5 times the reaction equivalent of alkanolamine. As the metal catalyst, a catalyst wherein platinum, palladium, gold or iron oxide is supported on a carrier such as titania, alumina or zeolite in an amt. of 0.1-1wt.% is used.

In this process, an alkaline aqueous solution which is prepared by a process in which the stripping agent after a process in which boron compound crystals are crystallized and recovered in a crystallization tank 5 is added with alkali from piping 21 in a pH adjustment tank 4 to adjust pH at least 12.5 is used as the stripping agent.

On the contrary, since when pH of the stripping agent after stripping is higher than the predetermined pH value, boron concentration in the solvent is low and the quantity of the stripping agent becomes excessive, by increasing or decreasing the fed quantity of the stripping agent to the stripping, pH of the stripping agent after stripping is kept at a suitable pH value.
