    • PURPOSE: To use foamed resin blocks for vertical drainage, by connecting two side walls parallelly facing each other with a joint wall and providing a plurality of recesses extending from the upper end to the lower end on the external face of the side walls and arranging a plurality of pierced holes from the upper face of the joint wall to the lower face thereof. CONSTITUTION: Foamed synthetic resin blocks 1 are stacked so as to put together the adjacent two side walls 2 of the laterally adjacent blocks of the upper and lower layers, between respective two side walls. In this time, the recesses 4 of respective layer blocks 1 are connected to the pierced holes 6 of the lower layer blocks and the pierced holes 6 are connected to the recesses 4 of the upper and lower layers to form pierced holes vertically and linearly connected in a plurality of layers. In this case, the longitudinal length of the recess 4 is cut larger than a cut depth to keep the connection of the recess 4 and the pierced hole 6 even if a positional shifting arises between vertically adjacent two blocks. The width of the pierced hole 6 is made by two times as much as the cut depth of the recess 4 and the mutual recesses 4 of laterally adjacent two blocks are superposed to form paths connecting to the pierced holes 6. In this way, the drainage capacity of the whole stacked body is increased.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete panel reducing need for reinforcing by providing a foam resin sheathing and a metal lath with a rib fixed on the sheathing, fitting the rib with a recess groove formed on the sheathing, and fixing the meshes of the metal lath through a heat fusion layer to the sheathing. SOLUTION: A metal lath 20 with a rib 21 is fixed on one face of the sheathing 10 of foam resin. The rib 21 is fitted with a recess groove 11 of a sheathing 10, and the meshes 22 of the metal lath 20 is fixed on the sheathing 10 through a heat fusion layer 30. The concrete panel P is not produced by simultaneous forming of the sheathing 10 and the metal lath 20, but the meshes 22 of the metal lath 20 is heated, and produced by subsequently attaching to the existing sheathing 10 by heat fusion. Thus, the metal lath is integrated with the sheathing as supporting, need for reinforcing by a batten, a stiffner and the like can be reduced as much as possible, and they are lightweight and workability can be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive lightweight pallet that is sufficiently strong in strength and excellent in waterproofness while being lightweight by a method wherein the lightweight pallet is constructed by compression molding of a fiber matlike base made up by bonding hardening resin to fibers mainly composed of oil palm fibers. SOLUTION: In order to form a fiber matlike base, fibers mainly composed of oil palm fibers are spread in an appropriate thickness, and a small amount of synthetic resin emulsion or the like is added by spraying or applying to this fiber matlike base. At this time, fibers each short in the fiber length and thin in the fiber diameter than the oil palm fiber may be blended at the surface of the fiber matlike base to densify the density at the surface, and furthermore a cloth, a nonwoven fabric or the like may be layered at the surface of the fiber matlike base. Then, a lightweight pallet is manufactured, with hardening resin bonded to the fiber matlike base, by compression molding. Waterproofness is heightened with a hydrophobic agent or a water repellent stuck to the surface of the pallet.
