    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep intervals between forms, concurrently bind horizontal and vertical reinforcements, and improve execution property by erecting and installing vertical reinforcement hold sections and horizontal reinforcement hold sections on a flat plate section connecting hook sections arranged at both end sections. SOLUTION: Wall panels 15 are arranged apart in the horizontal direction on a foundation, separators 10 are arranged between the panels 15, and the interval between the opposite wall panels 15, 15 is kept at a prescribed value. Hook sections A, B at both ends of the separator 10 are suspended on the wall panels 15 corresponding to the intersections of vertical reinforcements 16 and horizontal reinforcements 17 to keep the interval between the wall panels 15, 15 constant. The vertical reinforcements 16 are inserted into vertical reinforcement hold sections 18 arranged on the flat plate section 11 of the separator 10, and the horizontal reinforcements 17 are inserted into horizontal reinforcement hold sections 19 respectively. Notch pieces 20 erected on the side are curved to position and fix the vertical reinforcements 16, and the horizontal reinforcements 17 are likewise fixed. The vertical reinforcements 16 and horizontal reinforcements 17 are fixed without using binding wires, and bar arrangement intervals can be easily and invariably kept constant.

    • PURPOSE: To improve the strength of a wall by forming depressed sections on a side face of a foam resin plate by melting an introduction section of a wall material by heat and fitting a reinforcing member fixed on a lath net into the depressed sections and prevent the peeling of the wall material by integrating the lath net with the resin plate. CONSTITUTION: A wall material enters an introduction section 11 and is solidified, and area of sections in contact between the wall material and a wall made of foam resin increases so that friction force which acts between them increases and strong connection force acts. Moreover, since an opening of the introduction section 11 is restricted and a lip section is prepared, connection force is increased by a return function for the solidified wall material. Consequently, the strength of the wall is improved to prevent the occurrence of crack in the wall material and the peeling of the wall material from the wall made of foam resin. In this case, a skin layer is formed in the introduction section 11 so that the strength of the introduction section 11 is improved due to high tear strength and elasticity that the skin layer has. Moreover, heat insulation property unique to the material is obtained by a foam resin plate 10 to prevent the occurrence of dew condensation.

    • PURPOSE: To secure a heat-insulating property and prevent dewing and secure a self-standing property and reduce the construction man-hours, by welding a lath net 20 with heat on at least one side face of a foamed resin board and fixing a frame body at the peripheral part. CONSTITUTION: A lath net 20 is welded with heat on at least one side face of a foamed resin board and a frame body 30 is fixed to at least the peripheral part of the lath net 20. The frame body 30 is fixed to the foamed resin board. When a heat-insulating wall is constructed by use of such a lathed wall structure as a core material, since the foamed resin board is used, dewing is prevented and the heat-insulating property can be brought out lastingly without deterioration. Moreover, the reinforcing function of the frame body is brought out to increase the rigidity of the wall body and the self-standing property can be obtained and the deformation thereof is prevented. When slits are formed on a part of the frame body 30 and a U-shaped connection member is inserted in the adjacent slits of the adjacent lathed wall structure, a plurality of lathed wall structures can be securely and easily connected to each other.

    • PURPOSE: To firmly stick a wall material and secure the self-standing property of the wall material even after burning, by sticking the wall material containing an incombustible filler on both sides of a core material for a partitioning wall in which a lath net is welded with both side faces of a foamed resin board. CONSTITUTION: Lath nets 20 are welded with both side faces of a foamed resin board 10 respectively and these lath nets are 20 connected to each other through connection members 30. In this case, a lath material in which supports are fixed to the lath net 20 may be used in stead of at least one of these lath nets 20. A want material (m) containing an incombustible filler is stuck to both sides of the fire-resistant partitioning wall core material to form the fire- resistant partitioning wall. In this way, the wall material (m) can be firmly stuck and the self-standing property after combustion can be secured. It is preferable that a metal lath or a wire lath having 0.5kg/m or lighter in the mass, made of a material having 0.4-0.8mm in the thickness, is used for at least one of the lath nets. Or a frosted lath, a corrugated lath, or a rib lath having 0.5kg/m or more in the mass may be used.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the extension of the hole of a form and repeatedly use the form by joining, on a foundation, a support frame having a flange protruded from the back surface periphery of a frame body to the back surface side and a notch part in a row, engagingly locking the flanges of the adjacent support frames to each other, and connecting the support frame to a panel by utilizing a through hole. CONSTITUTION:A first member 20a and a second member 20b are welded together back to back. A frame body 21 making contact with the side surface and reverse edge part of a form 10, a flange 22 protruded from the back surface periphery to the back surface side, and a notch part 23 are provided to form a support frame 20. The support frame 20 in which the form 10 is housed is longitudinally and laterally joined on a foundation. The flanges 22 of the adjacent support frames 20 are engagingly locked to each other by a locking member. The support frame 20 is successively connected to a concrete panel by utilizing the through-hole formed by the notch part 23 of the support frame 20. Thus, the dimensional precision of a wall can be improved.
