摘要： PURPOSE:To raise the tensile characteristics of reinforcing fibres as well as the initial crack resistance of fibre-reinforced inorganic molded product and adhesiveness to matrix without damaging the tensile strength and elasticity characteristics of the reinforcing fibres. CONSTITUTION:Piled yarns 3 of different nature strand, formed by winding a high-strength core fibre 1 with a non-twist cover yarn 2 in one-way direction, or a wall twist yarns 3, formed by winding the core fibre 1 with first-twisted cover yarn 2 in one-way direction, are woven in one- or two-way directions to form a netted fabric. At least crossing points or the whole of the netted fabrics is fixed with a resin. When using the netted fabrics as reinforcing material, stress can be transmitted to the whole region of cement matrix to absorb loading energy.

摘要： PURPOSE:To cure hardening resin while tentering a sheetlike fiber structural material impregnated with hardening resin by previously curing the resin of a gripping part before both selvage parts of the sheetlike fiber structural mate rial are held. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg is obtained by continuously immersing leno woven fabric in a hardening resin soln. and drying it. Then this prepreg is held on a clip tenter. In this case, in order to prevent bonding to the clip, the double faces of both selvage parts of the prepreg are irradiated with far infrared rays by a far infrared lamp before the selvage parts are held by a clip. Thereafter both selvage parts are held by the clip and the hardening resin is cured while tentering the woven fabric. As a result, bonding to the clip is mover generated in the outlet of a heating furnace and continuous processing is smoothly enabled.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reveal effectively tensile strength and the modulus of elasticity which are possessed by a reinforcing fiber, by a method wherein after infiltration of resin into gauze fabrics, the resin is solidified under a state where tension is applied to the fabrics in the direction of weft and the tension is made into such strength that a bend degree of the weft of a netlike molded material becomes a specific value. CONSTITUTION:At the time of manufacturing of a netlike molded material comprised by fixing gauze fabrics with resin, after the resin is infiltrated into the gauze fabrics, the resin is solidified under a state where tension is applied to the fabrics in the direction of weft. Then the tension is made into such strength that a bend degree Cf of the weft of the netlike molded material to be defined by a formula I becomes less than 0.03. In the formula I, Lf is a mean distance between the wefts 1, 2 adjoining to each other, Df is a mean distance between the one top 12 of a wave form of the center line of the weft 3 and a line 15 obtained by connecting the two tops 13, 14 adjoining to the top 12. With this construction, strength and the modulus of elasticity which are possessed by a reinforced fiber in the direction of the weft are displayed effectively and loadings of the reinforced fiber can be reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture a reticulate molded form-reinforced inorganic molded form having a desired shape easily by a method wherein a reticulate fiber structure is impregnated with a curable resin, cured, heated at the softening point or higher of the resin and deformed, cooled and solidified and placed in an inorganic material and cured. CONSTITUTION:A reticulate fiber structure is impregnated with a curable resin, and the curable resin is cured. A woven fabric, a knitted web, a nonwoven fabric, etc. or a perforated mesh article can be used as the reticulate type of fibers, and various types from simple articles, in which long fibers are crossed at right angles singly and intersections are bonded with a resin, to a leno woven fabric can be employed. The cured resin is used as an impregnating resin. A C stage compound, in which fluidity is lost by heating, is employed in the extent of curing. A reticulate molded form is heated at the softening point or higher of the cured resin, and deformed. The molded form is cooled at a temperature lower than the softening point of the cured resin, and the resin is solidified. The molded form is placed in a curable inorganic material, and the curable inorganic material is cured. Since the inorganic curing material can prevent the recovery of deformation, the grind, etc. of cements and a calcium silicate compound are used.

Thereby, unevenness is formed and adhesion to, e.g. concrete as a matrix is improved to efficiently afford an excellent reinforcing material as a reinforcing material for fiber-reinforced cement.

Namely, twist number of plied yarn used as weft and/or warp in the net-like woven fabric is in a range of 0.5-7 turn/inch ply twist number. Highly rigid strand used in the net-like molded material necessarily has high strength and, e.g. high strength carbon fiber, aramid fiber, alkali-resistant glass fiber or high strength vinylon fiber is exemplified. The netlike woven fabric is impregnated in resin for fixing said fabric by, e.g. dipping or spraying method. Prepreg manufacturing equipment is preferably used.
