    • PURPOSE:A collector for a spinning frame, molded from a resin material containing a polyamide resin, a lubricant and an electrically conductive material or antistatic material, having improved antistatic properties and lubricity, and capable of reducing the occurrence of fluffs and broken yarns without the adhesion of flies or dusts. CONSTITUTION:A collector 1 for spinning, having a small groove 2 to collect a fleece, and capable of traversing the fleece by the motion of a traverse bar with a flat wire 3 passed through the collector 1 is molded from a resin material containing a lubricant and an electrically conductive material or antistatic material. An oil, e.g. spindle oil, dynamo oil, machine oil or turbine oil, is preferred as the lubricant, and powder or fibers of carbon or graphite or powder of steel or alumina may be preferred as the electrically conductive material. Polyglycol, ethoxylated triglyceride, dialkylamine polyether, polyamine phosphate, etc. are preferred as the antistatic material.

    • PURPOSE:To raise thermal conductivity of a metal needle and improve the thermal efficiency as a whole without raising the pressure loss by using a ferrous material for the metal needle of a heat exchanger on the high temperature side of a combustion air preheater and using a nonferrous material for the metal needle of a heat exchanger on the low temperature side. CONSTITUTION:In a cylindrical chamber which is formed by providing an inner wall 9 and an outer wall 10 in the combustion chamber of a main body 1 on the side of the exhaust gas inlet 15A and on the side of the preheated air combustion chamber inlet 15B, namely on a partition plate 14 on the high temperature side metal needles 13a made of a ferrous material such as alloy steel, stainless steel, etc. are planted, and on the side of the exhaust gas outlet 16A and on the side of the preheated air inlet 16B, namely on a partition plate on the low temperature side nonferrous metal needles 13b made of a nonferrous material such as copper, brass, etc. are planted, and a heat exchanger S which is formed so as to project the metal needles 13a and 13b respectively with the partition plate 14 between them is provided, and the cylindrical chamber is roughly divided into halves to form the channels 11 and 12 for a heat exchange medium to constitute a combustion air preheater. With this arrangement the thermal conductivity of the metal needels is raised, the number of used metal needles is reduced, and the thermal efficiency as a whole is improved without raising pressure loss.

CONSTITUTION:The rotary ring containing a ring rotor wherein the weight (W) of the rotor is selected to satisfy the formula in relation to the centrifugal force (F) of the traveller 2, the frictional coefficient (mu1) between the rotor 1 and the traveller 2, and the frictional coefficient (mu2) between the rotor 1 and the stator 3. By selecting the weight of the rotor 1 so as to satisfy the formula, the rotary ring exhibits adequate rotation, and is stopped surely by stopping the spindle.
