    • PURPOSE:To obviate the necessity for a fixing means by mounting a turn frame, turnable on a circular rail about a turn shaft, on a base frame of laying the circular rail, pivotally mounting a jib rise/fall movably on this turn frame, and making this jib rise/fall through a wire supported with a mountain-shaped frame. CONSTITUTION:A circular rail 2 is laid on a circular base frame 1, and also supporting a rectangular turn frame 5 onto the circular rail 2 turnably about a turn shaft vertically provided in a central part of the base frame 1. In almost the central part of this turn frame 5, the base end part of a jib 11 is pivotally mounted rise/fall movably through a jib bracket 10, and also vertically providing a pair of mountain-shaped frames 14 in both sides of the turn frame 5, to rotatably support a pulley 15 to a top part of this mountain-shaped frame. A rise/fall operating winch 16 and a cargo handling winch 18 are respectively provided in the outside and the inside, in a side opposed to the bracket 10 of the turn frame 5. The base frame 1, circular rail 2, turn frame 5, jib 11 and the mountain-shaped frame 14 are formed so as to be disassemblable into small parts.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevating mechanism of simple structure, having good working efficiency and capable of generating stable elevating/ sinking motions, and provide a construction machine equipped with such elevating mechanism. SOLUTION: An elevating mechanism 1 includes a mast of variable length varied by increasing or decreasing the number of coupled structural bodies 8 constituting the mast, and a telpher (construction machine) supported by its upper part is elevated and sunk, wherein the configuration is composed of an under-frame 2 supporting the legs 30 of the telpher, a coupling means 3 installed on the under-frame 2 and coupling it with unit structural bodies 8, four jacks 4, and over-frame 5 to support the jacks 4. Each jack 4 consists of a cylinder 41 equipped with a piston rod 42, and the forefront mounting part 43 of the piston rod 42 is fixed to a bracket 22 of the under-frame 2. If the piston rods 42 are contracted in the condition that coupling by the means 3 is disengaged, the under-frame 2 and telpher supported fast thereby are raised.

    • PURPOSE:To improve accuracy for the fabrication of a steel frame block for an ultra-high building by installing a plurality of jigs on a ground assembly site at the predetermined intervals with high accuracy and rigidity, erecting and securing steel frame column bodies to the jigs and then jointing a steel frame for a beam between the column bodies. CONSTITUTION:A steel frame support body 3 having a cylindrical support frame is erected on a base body 2, and an adjustable leg body 9 is fitted to the outside of the frame 6 via a plurality of stays 8, thereby forming a jig device 1. Thereafter, the predetermined number of the jig devices 1 are arranged on the concrete layer 20 of a rigidly compacted foundation at ultra-accurate intervals, and the base body 2 is secured with anchor bolts. Then, the lower end of a steel frame column body A is inserted and fixed to each support frame 6, and a steel frame B for a beam is jointed between columns A, thereby forming a block. This block is removed from the jig devices 1 and carried to the predetermined position for installation. According to the aforesaid construction, the block for an ultra-high building can be accurately fabricated on the ground, and a construction period can be shortened.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a climbing rack capable of releasing an excessive force acting on a hydraulic cylinder to displace a projecting member and preventing breaking of the hydraulic cylinder. SOLUTION: The hydraulic cylinder 32 is connected to a hydraulic unit 29 with an extending channel 101 and a contracting channel 102. The hydraulic unit 29 comprises a tank 91, a pump 92, a selector valve 93, a sending channel 98, and a return channel 99. The selector valve 93 can change the condition of a piston rod 32a from the extended condition by connecting the sending channel 98 and the return channel 99 to the extending channel 101 and the contracting channel 102 respectively, to the contracted condition by connecting the sending channel 98 and the return channel 99 to the contracting channel 102 and the extending channel 101 respectively. In addition, the selector valve 93 can change the condition to connect (shunt) the extending channel 101 and the contracting channel 102.
