    • PURPOSE:To suppress the activity of a methanogen and to effectively decompose and stabilize an organic matter by suppressing the generation of methane in the presence of a sulfate ions in a waste matter to the extent that oozing water from the waste matter is not made acidic. CONSTITUTION:The sulfate ion (SO4 ) scattering to a waste piling facilities 4 is obtained by the oxidation of H2S contained in the oozing water 6 in the oozing water treatment facilities 5. In the case of shortage with only the returning sulfate ions SO4 , e.g. Na2SO4 solutions may be scattered.
