    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously increase the temperature of a sitting surface without decreasing the strength of a toilet seat main body. SOLUTION: In this toilet seat, the wall surface of a warm air passage 12 corresponding to the heating area of the sitting surface 10a of a toilet seat main body 10 has a recessed and projected surface 9 and the heat transmission area in contact with warm air is enlarged. Thus, heat transmission efficiency is improved by the increase in the contact heat transmission area and the sitting surface 10a of a toilet seat surface is instantaneously warmed. Also, if a member with excellent heat transmissivity is incorporated to the recessed and projected part 9, the heat transmission efficiency is further improved. The warm air passage 12 is separated into top and bottom parts, so that the warm air passage on the top side is used as the supply passage of the warm air while the warm air passage on the bottom side as the reflux passage of the warm air. Thus, by heat transmission of the warm air at a high temperature before heat exchange, the temperature of the sitting surface 10a is instantaneously raised. Also, cold air after heat exchange is discriminated, and temperature decrease of the warm air and of the toilet seat surface 10a is prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a large-sized tank to be installed by arranging a tank under the counter of a bathroom in case of having an insufficient space under a bathtub, and accumulating bathroom drainage in the tank. SOLUTION: This bathroom drainage reusing device is provided with a tank 3 in the lower space B of a counter under the counter 2 provided in a bathroom A, and remaining hot water collected from a bathtub 4 is accumulated therein. Next, a changeover valve 6 is provided in a water passage 5 extended from the drain port 4a of the bathtub 4, capably of being selectively communicated to a collecting water passage 7 or a drain passage 8. Further, a clarifier 10, a sterilizer 11, a pump 12 for storing water, and a pump 13 for reusing are arranged under the floor of a wash place 9 and under the counter 2, remaining hot water of little pollution is collected into the tank 3, and after clarification and sterilization it is sent out by the pump 13, and it is used for washing and the like. Instead of this, a tank can be arranged between a wall panel 15 forming a bathroom space and a building frame wall 16. Hereby, even if there is not a sufficient space under the bathtub, the bathroom drainage reusing device provided with the tank, the clarifier, and the sterilizer can be provided.

    • PURPOSE: To smoothly transmit an operating force, by providing a multi-joint plate guiding rollers, the rollers rotatably fitted to the plate, and a link connecting respective rollers. CONSTITUTION: A power transmission mechanism 45 is constituted of a plate 47, rollers 48, and a link 49. One end of link 49 is connected to an operating part and the other end thereof is connected to a slide shaft 22 and both ends of plate 47 are fixed. When a push-button in the operating part is pushed down from the cut-off state and the piston rod is pushed down, the link 49 shifts the rollers 48 to the left side and the rollers 48 are conducted by a guide and rotated. On transmitting the operating force, only a resistance due to the rotation of rollers exists and hence, the operating force is not decreased. The link 49 is transferred by a specified stroke to the left side at the front end of the drain plug 12 side of the link 49 and an arm 29 is rotated around a pin 28 to push up the supporting part 23. And a plug cover 16 is raised at the inner peripheral face of the drain opening of the fitting metal tool 15 to open the drain opening 18.
