    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an organic sludge fuel, capable of reducing a problem of smell and obtaining a desired calorific power stably.
      SOLUTION: This method for producing the organic sludge fuel of a suitable embodiment comprises a first process of mixing organic materials containing the organic sludge and a first thermoplastic plastic material to obtain a fuel mixture, and a second process of forming a product housing the fuel mixture in an outer shell consisting of a second thermoplastic plastic material. In the method of production, the blending ratio of the organic materials, the first thermoplastic plastic material and the second thermoplastic plastic material is adjusted so as to obtain the desired calorific power.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the supply of the optimum amount of refrigerant into a sealed vessel on sight by a method wherein a feed-water tank is received in a water tank provided with a thermostat, and a valve is provided at the sealed vessel side and feed-water tank side of a route, connecting the sealed vessel to the feed water tank, respectively while a vacuum pump is connected between the valves of the connecting route. SOLUTION: An adsorption/desorption reactor 3, an evaporator/condenser 4 and the like are installed in a sealed vessel 2 to circulate cold heat medium, heating medium and cooling water. A concentration regulating device 5 is provided with a feed water tank 8, having a sealed structure provided with a feed water valve 6 as well as an atmosphere releasing valve 7 and received in a water tank 9, and a heater 10 as well as a water temperature sensor 11, which regulate a water temperature in the water tank 9 to regulate a temperature in the feed water tank 8 and provided in a thermostat 12. First and second opening and closing valves 14, 15 which can be opened and closed independently, are provided at the sealed vessel 2 side and the feed water tank 8 side of a connecting route 13, connecting the sealed vessel 2 and the feed water tank 8, while a vacuum pump 17 is connected to a route between the first and second opening and closing valves 14, 15 of the connecting route 13 through a third opening and closing valve 16.
