    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismic reinforcing structure which prevents increase of the weight of reinforcing columns and reinforcing beams, and ensures daylighting performance and ventilation performance, to thereby maintain a use environment.
      SOLUTION: The aseismic reinforcing structure is constructed along a plane of structure of an existing building, and formed of the reinforcing columns arranged at locations other than a window location of the existing building, the reinforcing beams arranged at locations other than the window location of the existing building, and a reinforcing foundation. According to the structure, tendons are strained between at least a pair of mutually opposed corners of a frame structure formed of the reinforcing columns and the reinforcing beams, and therefore not only increase of the weight of the reinforcing columns and the reinforcing beams is prevented but also the daylighting performance and ventilation performance are ensured, to thereby maintain the use environment.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure architectural functions such as the appearance, daylighting performance, ventilating performance and convenience of an existing building to the maximum while continuing the service condition in the building in adding an antiseismic reinforcing frame to the existing building.
      SOLUTION: The antiseismic reinforcing frame 1 is composed of reinforcing columns 2 constructed along columns 5 of a frame outside the plane of structure of the frame comprising the columns 5 and beams 6 of the existing building, and joined to the frame; reinforcing foundations 3 constructed around foundations 7 of the existing building to support the reinforcing columns 2; and one or more tension materials 4 stretched inclining with respect to the vertical between the reinforcing column 2 and the reinforcing foundation 3. The antiseismic reinforcing frame 1 is integrated with the existing building at the reinforcing columns 2 and the reinforcing foundations 3, and tensile force is led into the tension materials 4 so that the tension materials 4 and the reinforcing foundations 3 bear a part of seismic force inputted to the existing building.
