    • PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of classification work, by throwing articles in a plurality of recirculated and transferred buckets while measuring the wts. thereof at the start end part and discharging the article in each bucket to each chute corresponding to a rank classified by a wt. in the vicinity of the final end part. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of buckets 10 are conveyed to the direction shown by the arrow A in an endless state by a conveyor apparatus 20. Articles thrown from a plurality (two sets in the drawing) of throw-in ports 511, 512 are pooled in pooling positions 531, 532 at the start end part where the buckets 10 are held under a receiving state and subsequently weighed by weighing machines 541, 542 to be discharged in the buckets 10 directly under said weighing machines 541, 542. The buckets 10 open support apparatuses 371-375 on the way of advance to the direction shown by the arrow corresponding to the wts. of the thrown-in articles at every rank on the basis of the order of a central processing part 60 to fall the articles to discharge chutes 39. By this method, a large amount of articles can be classified within a short time. This classifier is suitable for the classification of fresh foods.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the welding work, and improve the durability of a weld zone. SOLUTION: A weld bead structure is provided with a fillet bead part 3 on each side in which an end face 2a of a tilting plate 2 is abutted on one surface 1a of a base plate 1 and each side of the fitting plate is fillet welded, and an additional bead part 5 on each side in which the fillet bead part 3 is extended on the surface 1a of the base plate 1 from an end 2b of the fitting plate 2. The additional bead part 5 is extended by 10-40mm in an approximately straight manner simultaneously with the welding of the fillet bead part 3. Automation of the welding is facilitated by providing the bead shape to extend the welding in an approximately straight manner. The welding bead toe is farther from a high stress part in which defects are easily happened in the weld bead, and the durability of the weld zone is increased. Because no joint part of the bead is present, the quality of the welding is improved, and the weld bead part and the extended weld bead part are consistently and automatically welded to simplify the welding work.
