摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sharply reduce manufacturing cost by utilizing a chain being a widely used article on a market and a driving sprocket to composed a turning drive means without using a sector gear or the like. SOLUTION: An upward circular arc-shape track 20 movable in the longitudinal direction of a tunnel is provided. A locking point is severally provided in both the end parts of the track 20, and a chain 47 is set along the outer face of the track 20 and wound around two idle sprockets on a turning frame 30 and a driving sprocket 44 provided between them, and thus a turning drive means 40 is composed. The means 40 moves the turning frame 30 along the track 20 in the peripheral direction of the tunnel. A working base 60 is unitedly formed on the turning frame 30 through a horizontal holding mechanism 50 to carry out rotational displacement according to the movement of the turning frame 30. Since the turning drive means 40 is composed by utilizing the articles on the market, the manufacturing cost of the means 40 can be reduced.
