    • PURPOSE:To facilitate working and assembling, and reduce weight by forming a notch in one face plate of synthetic resin made corrugated cardboard shape hollow sheathing boards connected integrally to each other by means of plural reinforcing strips juxtaposed in a lengthwise direction between the face plates constituting the obverse and reverse, and forming and bending the sheathing boards in an approximately recumbent U shape after bending the other face plates opposed to the notch. CONSTITUTION:Face plates 1a and 1b constituting the obverse and reverse are connected integrally to each other by means of plural reinforcing strips 1c juxtaposed in a lengthwise direction so as to form synthetic resin made corrugated cardboard-like hollow sheathing board 1 is formed. Next, a lengthwise directional notch 2 is formed in the face plates 1a, and the face plates 1b are bent while interposing a jig such as a square bar inside, and the hollow sheathing board 1 is formed and bent in an approximately recumbent U shape. The mutual end parts of two pieces of the hallow sheathing board 1 are butted and combined with each other as a cylindrical body having a rectangular cross section, and are restrained by arranging a garter clamp properly around it. Thereby, since the face plates 1b are continued integrally to each other, watertightness can be held by the corner parts, so that separation in these parts can be reduced.
