摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently recover and reutilize OA waste paper by charging paper scraps produced in buildings into hoppers, transporting the paper scraps to a scrap collecting center with pneumatic transporting pipes and then recycling the scraps into recycled paper in a paper recycling factory. CONSTITUTION:Hoppers (B) are arranged in the respective buildings (A) of a building group and paper scraps produced in the buildings are charged into the aforementioned hoppers and the charged paper is then transported to a scrap collecting center (D) with pneumatic transporting pipes (C). The transported paper is subsequently recycled into recycled paper in a paper recycling factory (E).

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently carry out reclamation of paper by charging waste paper produced in a building into pulper to give slurry, then transporting the slurry to a waste paper treating plant and returning water already used in the plant to the pulper. CONSTITUTION:Pulpers B1 to B5 are each installed in buildings A1 to A5 and waste paper such as output paper of word processor or computer produced at offices in these buildings is charged into the above-mentioned pulpers and defibrated into slurry having prescribed concentration. Then the resultant slurry is directly transported through a slurry transportation pipe line C1 to a waste paper treating plant D and further water already used obtained in a dehydrating process of the waste paper treating plant is returned to the above-mentioned pulper by an already used water transportation pipe line C2 to efficiently carry out recovery and reutilization of waste paper almost disposed without utilizing.

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently utilize the ground and to make the compost of high quality from organic waste without pollution of the environment by making the device in the tubular shape provided with fermentation vessels positioned in multistages through which raw sludge is moved down from upper stage to lower stage in order, and burying the device under the ground. CONSTITUTION:The raw sludge 22 sent into a sludge vessel 1 by a truck, water content adjusting material 23 sent into an auxiliary material vessel 3, and seed germs, etc., are supplied to a pulverizer 7 through a raw material mixer 2, a water content adjusting mixer 4 and a seed germ supplier 5 to be mixed and pulverized to be made into raw preparation material 24, which is sent into a primary fermentation vessel 14 to be primarily fermented for about three days, and then, the preparation material 24 is supplied to a secondary fermentation vessel 15 to be moved down from upper stage to lower stage in order to be secondarily fermented and is made into compost 25. The compost 25 is sent to a sieve 8 through a hopper 16, a table feeder 17 and a bucket elevator 11, and passed through the sieve and discharged from a compost discharge part B by a screw conveyer 10. On the other hand, the water content adjusting material 23 which is not passed through the sieve 8 is collected in the auxiliary material vessel 3 to be circulated. The oxygen necessary for the fermentation is supplied with air by a suction air system unit I and generated gas is deodorized in a deodorization unit 21 and discharged through exhaust gas ducts 20.

CONSTITUTION:An upper taking-off floor slab 2 and a lower refuging floor slab 3 are set on a support base 1 consisting of columns or three-dimensional truss and connected by trussed beams 4 on the roof of a building A. The slab 2 is also provided for taking-off purpose in the range other than dangerous range X of the height of flame during fire. The distance H between the slabs 2 and 3 is regulated to about 2m and used as shelter for urgent refuging purpose or as wind breaker for helicopter during landing and taking-off periods. The slabs 2 and 3 are connected by a step 5. The safety of the helicopter port can thus be secured.
