    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely reduce noise generated from a material lock by a relatively simple silencer, by surely reducing the noise generated from clearance of a wire guide of the material lock and the other place, by extremely easily performing adding work of a material shaft in a pneumatic caisson.
      SOLUTION: The material lock 6 is arranged on a floor slab 2. A partition wall 8 is arranged above this material lock 6, and a silencing space 9 for storing the material lock is formed on the floor slab. A lower part of the material shaft 7 is installed in a through-hole 10 positioned above the material lock formed on the partition wall 8. A passive silencing shaft is formed by arranging a sound absorbing material 20 on an inner surface of the material shaft 7. An active silencing system 21 for making a sound of an opposite phase of the noise interfere with the noise, is arranged on the outside in the lower part of the material shaft 7.
