摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can recover energy from garbage efficiently by the combination of high temperature methane fermentation and a fuel cell. SOLUTION: A crushing means 1, 2 for making slurry S from garbage, a bioreactor 5 which has a warming means 5a for keeping a reaction chamber communicating with the crushing means 1, 2 at an activation temperature for high temperature methane producing bacteria and digests the slurry S into a bio-gas G and a digestion liquid E by the bacteria, a fuel cell 10 which generates electric power and high temperature water by the bio-gas G, and a secondary treatment apparatus 6 which purifies residual organic substances in the digestion liquid and precipitates them as a compost material, are provided. The warming means 5a is heated by the high temperature water from the fuel cell 10, the crushing means 1, 2, the bioreactor 5, and the secondary treatment apparatus 6 are driven by part of the electric power from the fuel cell 10, and the residual electric power and the compost material are outputted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make unnecessary a piping space for a return pipe, by providing an outer pipe closed at both ends, which is allowed to branch for water supply by connecting the one end side thereof to a water supply tank through piping and by closing the other end side thereof, and an inner pipe, which is provided in the outer pipe, is allowed to communicates with the inside of the outer pipe at the other end side of the outer pipe and is connected to the water supply tank by piercing the one end side of the outer pipe, and a means for conveying water in the inner pipe. CONSTITUTION:Water is not discharged from any of faucets 11 while not used because of the closure of a building or the like. However, when a return pump 19 is operated, the water in an outer pipe 5 is allowed to circulate, little by little, to a water tank 1 placed at a high position through an inner pipe 7 and a return pipe 13, and thus the water always is in the state of circulation and does not stay. When the abnormality of water quality is detected by sensors 15a, 15b, chlorine is impregnated into the water in circulation by a chlorinator 25, and thus the deterioration of the water quality is not produced even if the water is not used in a long period of time. Therefore, a piping space for the return pipe is made unnecessary since circulation piping is done with the double pipe 9, and labor required for its piping can be reduced by half.
