The number of arranged deaeration units can be increased and decreased according to the deaeration treatment amount of liquid. As a result, it is structured that one vacuum chamber is provided with one vacuum suction opening, whereby the installation of the vacuum piping can be simplified and the occupation space can be made small, and it is structured that the number of the arranged deaeration units can be easily increased and decreased, whereby coping with a change in the deaeration treatment amount of liquid can be easily performed without requiring time and labor, and cost.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas permeable tube having high degassing performance even in a low flow rate or at low flow speed, and a degassing module equipped with the same.
      SOLUTION: In the gas permeable tube 10, its cross-section is deformedly formed while having at least one or more recessed parts 11. Thus, since only a simple recessed part is formed in part of the gas permeable tube, kink of the gas permeable tube is less liable to occur compared to the conventional case of flattening the whole tube. Since the distance of the gas component dissolved in liquid in the gas permeable tube reaching the inner wall of the gas permeable tube can be shortened compared to the conventional case, chances of adsorbing the gas component in the inner wall of the gas permeable tube are increased to enable efficient degassing even when diffusion of the gas component hardly occurs due to the low flow rate or low flow speed.
