摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein the water repellent function of shoes is not semipermanent, when we consider the structure of the shoes, measures against rainwater permeation of shoes in rainy weather are not satisfactory and unable to cope with a heavy rain, and naturally ordinary shoes are rarely shaped in view of measures against feet's getting chilly due to air conditioning, although today, even when it rains, a scene of a person wearing boots and carrying an umbrella is not seen unlike in the past, a road is paved and drainage arrangements are complete so that the road is not pitted with puddles after it rains a little, and also most of the shoes on the market are provided with a water repellent function so that the shoes may cope with a light rain, resulting in the present circumstances where few people wear boots.
SOLUTION: To be brief, a raincoat is put on the shoes in a rainy day. When it rains hard, the raincoat and the lower leg pad are connected to provide the ordinary shoes with a function like boots. For a season or a place in which our feet get chilly, the lower leg pad in which raw material for protection against cold is stuck to the inner surface is provided. In ordinary days, since the raincoat for the shoes and the lower leg pad are made of thin and soft waterproof raw material, when they are folded in a compact and put in the corner of a handbag, they may cope with a sudden rain, and when our feet get chilly, the raincoat for shoes and the lower leg pad may cope with it.
