    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build a composite friction pile of a large diameter without using a heavy machinery.
      SOLUTION: In a method for building a composite friction pile, wherein the ground is excavated in a columnar shape and cement milk and the excavated soil are mixed for making a columnar body into which an existing pile as a core material is erected before the soil cement is hardened, the existing pile 2 has a larger diameter than the columnar body has. Furthermore, a plurality of the columnar bodies are connected to each other in such a way as to cover the whole circumference of the cross section of the existing pile, so as to build a composite friction pile 1a-1f.
