A seal material 22 comprises a barrel 60a, and a single annular part 60c. The barrel 60a is pushed into the depth of the second accommodation part 44 by the tip of the flexible pipe 300 accommodated in the joint body 20. The single annular part 60c is pulled into the second accommodation part 44 by pushing the barrel 60a into the depth of the second accommodation part 44. When the single annular part 60c is pulled into the second accommodation part 44, the single annular part is engaged with a trough part 312 of the flexible pipe 300 by the seal material diameter-contracted guide 48. After being pulled into the second accommodation part 44, the annular part provides sealing between the internal periphery of the second accommodation part 44 and the external periphery of the flexible pipe 300. The seal material 22 provides sealing between the external peripheral face of the flexible tube 300 inserted into the pipe penetration hole 60 and the internal peripheral face of the joint body 20. A protrusion 50 which opposes the external peripheral face of the flexible pipe 300 is formed at the internal peripheral side of the seal material 22, and the protrusion 50 is engaged with a trough part 312 of the flexible pipe 300 by inserting the flexible tube 300 into the pipe penetration hole 60 of the seal material 22 while getting over a mountain part 310 of the flexible tube 300.

The snap ring 26 is applied with shape-memory treatment so that an outside diameter is contracted until the snap ring slips out of the pressing ring slipping-out preventive groove according to the fact that the temperature of the snap ring exceeds phase transition temperature of shape memory alloy.
