    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for inspecting the salinity in concrete nondestructively and quickly.
      SOLUTION: A plurality of concrete specimens 33 classified by the salinity formed by intermingling salinity having a prescribed concentration with a concrete material having the same composition as object concrete 1 are prepared, and an electromagnetic wave signal E is allowed to enter each specimen 33 by a signal measuring device 5 and a temperature measuring device 16, and the amplitude attenuation α per unit distance, a propagation speed V and the temperature T of the specimen 33 are measured, and a relation 20 wherein the amplitude attenuation α, the propagation speed V and the temperature T are used as independent variables and the salinity N is used as a dependent variable is determined from measured values of each specimen 33 and stored in a storage means 22. The electromagnetic wave signal E is allowed to enter the object concrete 1, and the amplitude attenuation α per unit distance, the propagation speed V and the temperature T of the concrete 1 are measured by each measuring device 5, 16, and measured values of the amplitude attenuation α, the propagation speed V and the temperature T are substituted into the relation 20, to thereby detect the salinity in the object concrete 1 by a salinity detection means 23.
