    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-dip Zn-Al-based alloy plated steel sheet excellent in blackening resistance and corrosion resistance, and to provide a method for manufacturing the hot-dip Zn-Al-based alloy plated steel sheet.SOLUTION: A hot-dip Zn-Al-based alloy plated layer is formed on at least one surface of a steel sheet, the hot-dip Zn-Al-based alloy plated layer having a composition including, by mass, 3.0-6.0% of Al, 0.2-1.0% of Mg, 0.01-0.10% of Ni, and the balance being Zn and inevitable impurities, and a chemical conversion coating containing a molybdate salt is further formed as an upper layer of the hot-dip Zn-Al-based alloy plated layer. Thus, a surface of the plated layer has a structure including, by area ratio, 1-50% of a Zn-Al-Mg-based ternary eutectic, and a hot-dip Zn-Al-based alloy plated steel sheet excellent in blackening resistance and further corrosion resistance is obtained by the composition and structure of the plated layer and further the chemical conversion coating formed on the plated layer and containing the molybdate salt.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-dip Zn-Al alloy plated steel sheet having excellent workability and corrosion resistance, and a method for manufacturing the steel sheet.SOLUTION: A hot-dip Zn-Al alloy plating layer is formed on the surface of a steel sheet by dipping the steel sheet in a hot-dip Zn-Al alloy plating bath, which contains, by mass, 3 to 6% of Al, 0.2 to 1.0% of Mg and 0.01 to 0.10% of Ni and contains Fe controlled to 0.10% or less, then withdrawing and cooling the steel sheet. In the process, the bath temperature of the plating bath is controlled to 420 to 520°C, and the sheet temperature of the steel sheet dipped into the plating bath is controlled to the range from 420 to 600°C. Thereby, the obtained hot-dip Zn-Al alloy-plated steel sheet has a Fe content in the plating layer of 2.0 g/mor less, has a Ni-enriched layer having a thickness of 0.05 to 1.0 μm on an interface between the plating layer and the steel sheet, and has excellent workability and corrosion resistance.
