    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive breakwater structure used for a breakwater in a harbor or a fishery harbor.
      SOLUTION: This breakwater structure comprises a framed structure 20 placeable on the sea bottom ground 8; an impermeable wall 22A inclined to the inner side of the harbor which is arranged on the frame structure 20 so that at least the average water level is in the inclined position; and a bottom plate for placing the structure in the sea bottom. A weight part 24 is placed above the water level to reduce the buoyancy of the structure. The bottom plate is divided to at least a harbor inner part 26B and a harbor outer part 26A, and a part having no bottom plate is provided between the bottom plates 26A and 26B.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve construction and economical efficiency by reducing the number of members of a quaywall or a pier of jacket structures, reducing weight of sheet piles and facilitating optimum design of a jacket structural member.
      SOLUTION: In a structure supporting external pressure that combines a leg 32 and a retaining wall, the external pressure is supported as a hoop tension of an arc-like high tensile wall 70, and acted on the leg 32 receiving reaction force of the hoop tension as horizontal compression force. A high tensile body 42 constituting the high tensile wall is placed enough deeply to prevent arc sliding of a sea bottom face.
