    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejector capable of improving ejector efficiency, achieving device compactness, and reducing cost in maintenance-free constitution without movable parts with minimum irregularity of flow, and a freezing system using that.
      SOLUTION: In this ejector 10, suction and/or boosting of secondary fluid is conducted by jet flow of primary fluid. At a position facing a nozzle 1 to inject primary fluid, a diagonal impact wave generating body 3 is provided, comprising a nozzle side tip part in a conical shape, and a rear part continuous with the conical shape, formed in a spindle-like or similar shape. A diffuser 2 comprises a mixing part 2a for primary fluid and secondary fluid, and a pressure recovering part 2b for mixed fluid. In the mixing part 2a, diagonal impact waves are generated in jet currents of primary fluid by a conical part 3a of the diagonal impact wave generating body 3, so that primary fluid and secondary fluid are mixed with each other. A flow passage 12 is formed between the diagonal impact wave generating body and the diffuser, so that pressure is gradually recovered in the pressure recovery part 2b.

Thereby thickness distribution of the matters to be selected on the inclined screen 2 becomes gently sloping distribution spreading in the width direction of the inclined screen 2.
