摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary plug member for quickly performing the inspection of an installation state of a normal plug when installing the normal plug on the basis of gas pressure in a gas conduit, and a method for removing a pipe branch member using the temporary plug member, in the gas conduit such as the gas pipe.SOLUTION: The temporary plug member 2 disposed before the construction of a normal plug to a branched pipe which is branched from the gas conduit includes: a body 4 inserted to the branched pipe; a through-hole 6 which is disposed on the body 4 and penetrates the gas conduit side and the normal plug side; a valve seat 8 disposed on the through-hole 6; and a valve member 12 which has a valve body 10 seated on the valve seat 8 and a pressure reception part of receiving a force applied from the normal plug side where the valve body 10 is seated on the valve seat 8 in a state that the temporary plug member 2 is installed to the branched pipe of the gas conduit, the pressure reception part receives the force from the normal plug side, and thereby, the valve body 10 is separated from the valve seat 8 so as to make the gas conduit side communicate with the normal plug side.

The temporary plug insertion implement 61 has a tip at which a screw part screwed to a screw arranged at the internal face of the erecting pipe 7 is formed, and a rod 65 erectly arranged at the tip. In the body attachment process, an attachment position of the body 25 is positioned with the rod 6 of the temporary insertion implement 61 as a reference.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for peeling part of a resin coating layer formed on an outer surface of a resin-coated steel pipe.SOLUTION: An actuating member is rotated separately from a holding member by a first operation of operation means, and a belt-shaped and circular cut part is formed in a fixed point of a resin coating layer with a cutting board part provided in the holding member. The actuating member is interlocked and rotated with the holding member by a second operation. A screw part fixed in a resin-coated steel pipe is screwed with a screw receiving part provided in the actuating member, and thereby the actuating member and holding member are screwed and moved along a screw member. Consequently, the cutting board part cuts the resin coating layer from a cut part position along a longitudinal direction of the steel pipe.
