    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable ionic mobility analysis with suppressed diffusion of ions in a radial direction without reducing permeability of low-mass ions, by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An ionic mobility separation device comprises: an electrode unit 1 consisting of an electrode group surrounding a drift region; and a controller applying voltage to the electrode group to form an acceleration electric field in a center axis direction in the drift region. An incident ion group is moved in a buffer gas of the drift region by the electric field. The electrode unit includes: 2n (n≥2) pole electrodes 2 extending over front and rear ends of the drift region and arranged around the center axis; and a plate-like electrode group 3 arranged respectively between adjacent pole electrodes. Each set of the plate-like electrode group includes a plurality of plate-like electrodes OEk arranged in the center axis direction so as to be separated from each other, and oriented in parallel with a surface including the center axis. A high-frequency voltage having a phase different by 180 degrees from the adjacent pole electrodes is applied to the pole electrodes. Such a DC voltage that there is a constant potential difference between the plate-like electrodes adjacent in the center axis direction is applied to the plate-like electrode group to form the acceleration electric field.
