    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate agglutination characteristics between a surface having an interaction and a probe. SOLUTION: A processing part finds a displacement of the probe and a speed of the probe (S203-S207) by solving until a set time an equation of motion of the probe when a side not attached with the probe in a cantilever is positioned in response to an initial position of the set probe. The processing part finds the interaction between the probe and a protrusion/a sample surface (S208), based on the displacement of the probe in the set time. The processing part stores the found interaction while corresponding to the initial position of the set probe (S209). The processing part sets an initial value of the displacement of the probe and an initial value of the speed of the probe in the next repetition processing, respectively as values in the final time of the displacement of the probe and the speed of the probe (S211). The processing part sets a new initial position of the probe to make the cantilever operated downwards (S215, S203), and repeats the processing shown hereinbefore. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
