    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing a fiber reinforced plastic panel that make it possible to surely determine a state of impregnation when a laminate of a fiber reinforced base is impregnated with resin material.
      SOLUTION: Before a resin material W is supplied through a supply pipe 6 to the inside of a vacuum bag 7 that covers a laminate 4 of a fiber reinforced base, two conductors serving as capacitance sensors 10a, 10b are disposed between layers of the laminate 4 in such a way as to be spaced apart without being electrically connected to each other. When the resin material W is supplied to the inside of the vacuum bag 7 to impregnate the laminate 4 with the resin material W as air inside the vacuum bag 7 is sucked over a mold 1, the capacitance between the two conductors serving as the capacitance sensors 10a, 10b is measured. Based on the capacitance value measured, the state of impregnation is determined.
