    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the introduction of rainwater into the soil is not considered at all in a mulching material for a single tree by one sheet body as the whole, obtained by forming a cut and an incision for communicating the exterior therewith and attaching a patching fragment covering the incision so as to follow the incision in the application (2000-92585) of the applicant although the point of wholly preventing the growth of weeds and the point of preventing the growth of the weeds passing through the incision are preferable.
      SOLUTION: The catchment type mulching material for the single tree has a sheet-type catchment part (1) and a water-conducting part (2) in each separated sheet shape having at least one surface with a light-shading color. The catchment part (1) and the water-conducting part (2) are integrated at a water-passing part (3) to form a sheet body (4). The water-conducting part (2) has a cut (5) through which a seedling (T) is passed, and an incision (6) is formed between the cut (5) and the outer perimeter.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and efficiently house a snow protection fence with light works in the case of nonuse excepting the winter. SOLUTION: A fence body 5 is constituted by rotatably (in an openable and closeable manner) installing a plurality of vertically arranged snow protection panels 15 to a frame 12 with left-right support sections 10 through a rotating shaft 15a. The lower section of the fence body 5 is mounted rotatably in a plane orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the fence between fixed supports 4 through a rotating shaft 6. The fence body 5 can be engaged with the fixed supports 4 under a vertical used state and a horizontal housed state (Fig. 4). Since the fence body 5 is brought to the housed state only by horizontally bringing down the fence body, housing works are extremely simply and efficiently. The fence body 5 can be engaged by simple works such as the retraction and insertion or the like of a pin. A tool may not be used. elevated place works are made unnecessary.
