    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a magnetic sensor which can be miniaturized, and can measure an intensity of a magnetic field in a high temperature and radiation environment, while suppressing increase of consumption of current.SOLUTION: A magnetic core 1 is formed of a Co-Fe based soft magnetic material having a Curie temperature of 600°C or more, is formed into a rectangular loop shape, and has a narrowed section 4 at one of the long sides. An excitation coil 3 is wound around a long side where the narrowed section is not formed, and a detection coil 2 is wound around a side except the long side having the narrowed section. An external magnetic field intensity exerting to a long side direction of the magnetic core is measured by evaluating time interval difference between time intervals of a positive peak to a negative peak and a negative peak to a positive peak which are output voltage output from the detection coil, or by evaluating a ratio of the time interval difference and an excitation period.
