    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone measuring instrument capable of performing calibration in high frequency to keep the high rate of operation by self-diagnosing the decomposition efficiency of an ozone decomposing device.
      SOLUTION: The zero gas refined by a zero gas refiner 4 is passed through the ozone decomposing device 7 to be measured and not passed through the ozone decomposing device 7 to be measured to measure the concentration of ozone in the zero gas.
