    • PURPOSE:To prevent the abnormal reduction of the feed pressure to a fluid pressure booster by exciting an electric motor with the other excitation system even when an abnormality occurs on one of the excitation systems of the electric motor driving a pump. CONSTITUTION:Parallel circuits of normally opened contacts RM1a, RM2a of the first and second motor exciting relays RM1, RM2 are provided between a battery B and an electric motor M. One end of the exciting coil RM1b of the relay RM1 is connected to the battery B via an ignition switch IG, and the other end is grounded via a pressure switch SM turned on when the feed voltage to a booster becomes the first set voltage or below. One end of the exciting coil RM2 of the relay RM2 is connected to the battery B via the switch IG, the other end is grounded via the normally closed contact RKa of an alarm operating relay RK, and the exciting coil RKb of the relay RK is connected in series to a pressure switch SK turned off when the feed voltage becomes the second set voltage or below.

    • PURPOSE:To increase productivity significantly by removing an excess thickness of a spline tooth section of a semi-processed forged clutch gear by means of a ring shape die in the case of manufacturing a clutch gear used in a synchromesh mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A semi-processed clutch gear 6 is forged by being provided with a spline tooth section 6a having an excess thickness 6d in the top part 6b in the outer peripheral section as well as having a chamfer section 6c projecting in a V shape on an edge section. Then the semi-processed clutch gear 6 is pressed into a die hole 7b having both a dimension and a form corresponding to those of the spline tooth section 6a in the outer peripheral section of the clutch gear of a ring shape die 7 from its chamfer section 6c side. In the case of this pressing in, the top part 6b is sheared and removed by its excess thickness 6d from a corner section 7d between a tooth shape inner peripheral surface 7b and a groove section 7c. Accordingly, each spline tooth section 6a of the semi-processed clutch gear 6 comes to have a new top section 6e having no underfill in the corner of the chamfer section 6c side.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservoir tank capable of confirming a residual amount of working liquid in the reservoir tank without separating a separate tank from a master cylinder by providing the separate tank and with a simple constitution even in the case of not being able to confirm the residual amount of the working liquid in the reservoir tank for the master cylinder from the lateral direction as accessorial parts are arranged in high density in an engine room.
      SOLUTION: An inclined wall surface 15 to confirm the residual amount of the working liquid is provided on a side surface of a reservoir tank main body 1. An upper end 17 of the inclined wall surface 15 is made to match with an upper limit level line position, and a lower end 16 is made to match with a lower limit level line. The inclined wall surface 15 is formed of a semi-transparent material such as vinyl resin, etc. and a crossing line 6 with a side surface of the working liquid appears on the inclined wall surface 15. It is possible to visually confirm the residual amount from above in the case of confirming it.
