摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the trouble due to the leakage of content caused by the damage to an inner layer parison by surely forming a venting hole and eliminating necessity projecting an air venting pin toward the inner layer parison to a necessary degree or more. SOLUTION: When a double container of which the inner and outer layers are peeled is molded, at least one air venting pin 50 is almost vertically arranged at the lower position of the inner layer parison 16 having a pinch part formed thereto and, when the inner layer parison 16 and an outer layer parison 15 having necessary length are extruded from a hollow molding machine 1, the air venting pin 50 is inserted in the opening part of the outer layer parison 15 and, in this state, a mold 24 is closed and the opening part is pinched along with the air venting pin 50 by the lower parts of the mold register surfaces of the mold 24 to form a pinch part in the vicinity of the air venting pin 50 and, thereafter, the air venting pin 50 is pulled out to form the air vent hole of an outer layer part.

SOLUTION: When a multilayered container of which the inner and outer layers are peeled is formed, support air is continuously supplied by small quantity at the time of the extrusion of an inner layer parison 16 to achieve shape retention and, when the lower end part of the inner layer parison 16 is pinched to be closed by a pinch part 16b and the inner layer parison 16 having necessary length is subsequently extruded, a large quantity of air is blown into the parison within a short time to expand the upper end part of the parison 16 to form a large cliber part 16c for driving in a blow nozzle and, after the pinch part 16b is formed but before air for expanding a caliber is blown in, air is blown in the inner layer parison 16 to expand the place becoming the intermediate part of the parison to form an expanded part 16a and this expanded part 16a is supported on the inner surface of an outer layer parison 15 to suppress the deflection of the inner layer parison 16.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adhesion of inner and outer layer parisons and to prevent foaming between the layers by interposing a lubricating material layer between an outer surface of the inner layer parison and an inner layer of the outer layer parison in the case of extruding the inner and outer layer parisons in a hollow molding machine. SOLUTION: An extruder 9 for an inner layer is driven to supply a molten material to a manifold 10 and a channel 8 for the inner layer, and an inner layer of a cylindrical state is continuously extruded from a nozzle 18 for the inner layer to form an inner layer parison 16. A molten resin previously stored in a cylinder device 6a of an extruder 6 for an outer layer is extruded, and an outer layer parison 15 is formed of a molten resin to be discharged through a manifold 7 and a nozzle 13 for the outer layer. A lubricating material is previously mixed with at least one of a molten material for forming the parison 15 and a molten material for forming the parison 16 in order to prevent sticking or adhering between the parisons 16 and 15. As the lubricating material, paraffin and the like or wax or the like are suitable.
