    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the prevention of molds from deviating and the pins and the holes of the molds from wearing, the improvement of the lives of the molds, the prevention of parting lines from poor missregistering and burrs from poor pinching-off (whiskers from developing) by a method wherein a horizontal bending toggle mechanism locates between an upper rod and a lower rod, which hold respective mold parts openably and closably so as to clamp the molds by utilizing the compressive forces of the respective rods. SOLUTION: This mold clamping device of a blow molder has a constitution for preventing parting lines from deviating, burrs from poor pinching-off and the like by providing the respective clevises 7a and 8a provided at both the ends of a toggle mechanism 9 at the intermediate position between an upper rod 19a and a lower rod 19b and bending and moving horizontally the respective toggle pieces 7 and 8 of the toggle mechanism normal to the hanging-down direction of a parison for carrying out the mold clamping by means of the compressive forces of respective rods 19a and 19b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a mold from tilting to one side in a conventional manner, the conventional missregister of parting lines, development of whiskers of an upper fin and of a lower fin, wear of the pins and holes of molds from developing, improve the yield of a favorable quality molding article, and contrive to improve the lives of the molds, by a method wherein the respective toggles of a pair of the horizontally provided toggles act a pressing force at the clamping of the molds to the molds from its horizontal left and right directions. SOLUTION: The mold clamping device of a blow molder has a pair of toggle mechanism 9 and 9A, which are provided between the rear plate 18 of a mold closing and opening interlocking and the second mold part 3 of a mold 1 and bend respectively in opposite directions. By opening and closing the mold 1 through the horizontal motions of the respective toggles 7, 8, 7A and 8A of the respective toggle mechanisms 9 and 9A horizontally or to the direction normal to the hanging direction of a parison 6 and through the bending of the toggles 7, 8, 7A and 8A, the molds are so constituted as to be prevented from being deviated from each other at their clamping.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve filling accuracy of a filled product and operating efficiency and to reduce a facility cost by supplying liquid to a small number of nozzles of a filling nozzle to manufacture the filled product of a large capacity and also by supplying the liquid to each of the plurality of nozzles of the filling nozzle with the filling nozzle replaced with a mold to manufacture a small quantity of multiple-connected packages. SOLUTION: In manufacturing a filled product of a large capacity, a cylindrical parison is pushed out from a cross head by a predetermined length, and a mold moves and stops at a liquid filling position. A nozzle of a filling nozzle 1 is inserted into the parison, and clean air is blown from multiple tubes 7 of the filling nozzle 1 into the parison to mold a bottle. Then liquid is collected from a plurality of arrays of solenoid valves 58 by a manifold and is filled from the nozzle of the filling nozzle 1 into the parison. After filling, the nozzle escapes upward, and also a pressure-sealing mold is closed to have a mouth of a molded product fusion-sealed. By replacing the filling nozzle with the mold or the like, a filled product comprising multiple connected packages of a small capacity can be also manufactured.
