The circuits SP1-SPn contain personal radio sets PA1-PAn and adaptors PD1-PDn. The functions equivalent to switches R1- Rn of sets PA1-PAn are provided to the telephones T1-Tm respectively. Then the press-to-talk action supplied from telephones T1-Tm are detected by adaptors PD1-PDn. Then the switching is carried out between transmission and reception of sets PA1-PAn. Thus the changes are minimized for general telephones and an exchange.

The mobile body interface circuit 12 of the mother ship 1 stores once the transmitted talking information, converts it into sound information in 2.4 kbit/sec, reads it and restores the information into voice. Then, the PCM coding of 64 kbit/sec is applied and the result is connected to a digital exchange 4.
