    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cut a fluid pipe without using a closed case, a large cutter, etc., by cutting the fluid pipe by sending a cutting tool inserted from an opening part of one part toward a center of the fluid pipe while rotating a case and closing the opening part of the case by removing the cutting tool thereafter. SOLUTION: A channel of a branch pipe 8 is closed by projecting a gate valve 11 by operating a gate valve device 9 after drawing up a rotating cutting tool 16 above the gate valve 11 by contracting and retreating a hydraulic cylinder 13. Thereafter, an installing part is closed by removing the gate valve device 9 after hermetically closing a flange 8a of the branch pipe 8 by installing a blocking plate on its by removing all of the hydraulic cylinder 13, a rotating actuator 15, etc., with a cylinder bracket 12 from the branch pipe 8. Finally, construction is finished by backfilling the exposed fluid pipe 11 by leaving only a case 3 as an expansion flexible pipe fitting by removing both of left and right support 19, a motor 21, etc., as well as removing a ring gear 18 installed on the case 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress excessive pressure contact force on a fluid pipe caused by packing so as to prevent stress relaxation by forming a clearance for inducting the deformation of the packing on an outside of a butt joint part of circular arc shaped packings. SOLUTION: When a first joining part 4f and a second joining part 4g are butted against each other to bring them into pressure-contact deformation caused by compression is induced to a first clearance 8 formed by an inclining part 4i. Since it is fitted to a housing recessed part 7 which is protruded and arranged on an outer periphery of the first and second joining parts 4f, 4g and formed on a surface opposed to a flange 3, a butt-joint direction of the first and second joining parts 4f, 4g and a direction for fastening the flange 3 are matched with each other, it is not released in a pipe axial direction when they are brought into pressure-contact with each other, thereby applying fastening force effectively. When a packing is compressed so as to generate deformation, excessive pressure-contact force on a fluid pipe can be suppressed, and also water stop property in the butt-joint surface can be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely change the auxiliary valve for air valve with the simple operation without surrounding the periphery thereof with a sealing case or the like and without cutting off the fluid inside of the existing pipe. SOLUTION: An auxiliary valve 4 is connected to a connection port 3 of an existing pipe 1, and in an air valve 2 connected to the auxiliary valve 4 through a connecting pipe 5, a divided T-shaped pipe 8 having a branch cylinder B is installed in the connecting pipe 5, and a hole drilling device 10 or a water- stop valve 14 is fitted to the branch cylinder B, and the inside of the connecting pipe 5 is sealed by this water-stop valve 14, and in this condition, a housing case, in which a sealing member 19 having an operating shaft 18 is housed, is connected to the top of the connecting pipe 5 through a working valve 16. The sealing member 19 is lowered from the housing case 17 and inserted into the connection port 3, since the connection port 3 is shielded by the sealing member 19 operated by the operating shaft 18, the auxiliary valve can be changed with a new auxiliary valve in relation to the existing pipe 1 with the simple operation without surrounding the periphery thereof with a sealing case or the like and without cutting off the fluid inside of the existing pipe 1.
