    • PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of the deformation and peeling of a feeding conductors which are connected to the input side and the output side of the main body of a coil and the short circuits between the feeding conductors by winding a binding material around the outer surfaces of the feeding conductors and the main body of the coil under the state wherein a reinforcing member is brought into contact with the end parts of the feeding conductors in contact with the coil main body and the coil main body part that is close to the feeding conductors. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing plate 30 comprising a reinforcing member which is longer than the width of a feeding conductor 34, e.g. a rectangular stainless steel plate, is prepared beforehand. The plate 30 is brought into contact with the rear surface of the feeding conductor 24 before a strip-shaped binding tape material, e.g. a binding tape 26, is wound. The binding tape 26 is wound under the state wherein an input-side feeding conductor 23 and the output-side feeding conductor 24 are held between the reinforcing plate 30 and a coil main body 25. In this way, the entire areas of the feeding conductors 23 and 24 are pushed with the reinforcing plate 30, and both end parts of the reinforcing plate 30 are wound with the binding tape 26. Therefore, the feeding conductors 23 and 24 are held between the reinforcing plate 30 and the coil main body 25. Thus, the feeding conductors 23 and 24 are securely fixed to the coil main body.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an integrated coil apparatus characterized by high reliability in mechanical strength and simple winding work of binding material by covering a part between neighboring coils around which strip-shaped band is wound and the outer surface of a spacer with a pair of connecting pieces which comprise nonmagnetic material and a U-shaped cross section. CONSTITUTION:A spacer 18 is provided between neighboring coils 11 and 14. Under the state wherein the coils 11 and 14 and the spacer 18 are in close contact, the outer surfaces of the coils and the spacer are covered with a pair of connecting pieces 21 and 22 so that end surfaces 21a and 22a are connected to each other at the side part of the coil on the opposite side of the space 18. The entire surface of the outer parts of both connecting pieces 21 and 22 are wound with a strip-shaped binding material, e.g. a binding tape 19. Thus the coils 11 and 14 are integrated as a unitary body. When the coils 11 and 14 are electrified, electromagnetic forces act in the conflicting directions, and the interval between both coils 11 and 14 tends to expand. However, the deformation is suppressed with the connecting pieces 21 and 22 the tensile regidity of the binding tape 19 that is wound around the pieces.
