摘要： PURPOSE: To arrange reinforcements prior to concrete placing so that connections made by joints, and the crossing portions of vertical and horizontal reinforcements can be surely insulated and to place concrete thereafter. CONSTITUTION: Screw knot reinforcements 1 coated with an epoxy resin are axially connected together using joints 2 to align vertical reinforcements 5, and other screw knot reinforcements 1 similarly coated with an epoxy resin are aligned as horizontal reinforcements 6. An epoxy resin filler 4 is packed into the joints 2 from filler injection holes 3 by a pump at an injection pressure of 5kg/cm , and spacers made of an insulating resin are placed between both reinforcements of the crossing portions 7 of the vertical 5 and horizontal 6 reinforcements while the epoxy resin filler 4 is injected into the crossing portions. After the epoxy resin filler 4 in the joints 2 and the crossing portions 7 is set, concrete 8 is placed and formed into a concrete structure.

The main reinforcing bars 11 are bundled with distributing bars 12 by insulating clips 13 to fix them. And insulating joints 14 like sleeve joints, screw joints, etc., made of high manganese steel or the like are used for the joints of the distributing bars 14. In this way, electric troubles brought in various appliances and corrosion of the reinforcing bars can be prevented.
