摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound generating system for a vehicle having an internal combustion engine and/or an electric motor, wherein the system produces natural sound by an electroacoustical transducer and a control unit.SOLUTION: The electroacoustical transducer is configured to produce an acoustical signal responding to an electric input signal and to transmit the sound to the surrounding areas of a vehicle and/or into an exhaust pipe of the vehicle. The control unit creates a primary audio signal with frequencies of a predetermined frequency range, to selectively amplify segment so that an audio signal 41 amplified in a selected segment 'V' of the primary audio signal has at least one section, in which all audio signal values correspond to a maximum amplitude value that is specified for the segment, and so that the audio signal 41 amplified in the selected segment is continuous at a transition part from the at least one section to its neighboring section. The created audio signal 41 is used as the basis of the electric input signal.
