The non-circular gear pair has a constant speed engagement part in which speed reduction ratios are equal when the gear pairs are linked respectively between the input member and the output member, and a variable speed engagement part in which the speed reduction ratio increases/decreases between adjacent constant speed engagement parts. A limited torque transmission device 52 is connected to the input member or the output member of the transmission body 10, which outputs torque of the same size as that of input torque when the size of the input torque is at a first value or less and outputs torque of a size of the first value when the size of the input torque exceeds the first value.
