摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield machine capable of excavating a widening tunnel while retaining the tunnel in a sufficient strength and excavating a branch tunnel with ease.
SOLUTION: The shield machine is provided with a chief cutter7 excavating a main tunnel 2 in the forward direction of the excavation and a main shield body 6 having a main segment assembling part 44 for assembling a segment 2a along the inside wall of the main tunnel 2 at the rear side of the excavation. A branch shield 5 which is retractably provided in the radial outward in the main shield body 6 between the main cutter 7 and the main segment assembling part 44, and has a sub cutter 26 at the front face part, excavates the widening tunnel 4 along the side of the main tunnel in the side of the main tunnel 2 by the sub cutter 26, starts from the main shield body 6 to the radial outward to excavate the branch tunnel 33 from the main tunnel 2, is provided. Further, a sub wall member assembling part 46 for assembling a wall member 9 provided between the branch shield 5 and the segment assembling part 44 constituting the tunnel wall along the inside wall of the widening tunnel 4, is provided.

In the summer season, the pump 41 is actuated to send cold water 21 in the tank 2 to the pipe 4 to move it into the tank 1, where it absorbs heat from the roadbed 5 to store hot water 11 in the tank 1. In winter season, the pump 41' is actuated to hot water 11 in the tank 1 to the pipe 4 to move it into the tank 2, where the roadbed 5 is heated and cold water is stored into the tank 2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To surely stop water and enhance the construction property of a subaqueous tunnel by locking a reaction frame to the inside of an existing tunnel at near the exit of the tunnel in such a manner as allowing the frame to be freely attached and removed, and disposing opposite to the reaction frame a water stop having a water stop member provided around the peripheral portion thereof. CONSTITUTION:A reaction frame 52 made by a rigid frame body is fixed via a locking jack 53 to the joint portion of a ring piece 22 located at the front end of an existing tunnel 20. A water stop 52 having a water stop member 56 provided around the periphery thereof is connected to the frame 51 by a horizontal jack 57 to block the open end of the tunnel 20. A ring piece 23 is put in the tunnel 20 from the opening 12 of an underwater excavator disposed ahead of the tunnel 20, so that a gate 13 is closed. The piece 23 is pressed against and fixed to the piece 22 and then water between a bulkhead 14 and the stop 52 is drained. After the tunnel is newly excavated, the jack 53 is contracted and the frame 51 and the stop 52 are removed and shifted to another place and the opening of the piece 23 is blocked. Thereby the members of a water stop device can be easily and surely moved and water can be stopped and also automation is realized.

A storage tank 3 stores the manufactured hydrogen gas and a platform 4 is moored on the sea in a floating state. A generation plant 5 is provided in the platform 4 and generates electric power by using the hydrogen gas fed from the tank 3 as fuel. A cable 61 transmits the electric power generated by the generation plant 5 to a place of electric power demand. Therefore, the location suitable for power generation with this marine structure can be secured without difficulty and the marine structure can be installed near a place of electric power demand.
