SOLUTION: A front panel 50 is attached to the main part of the front surface of a frame 1, and a urinal 51 is mounted on the front surface of the front panel. Functional device mounting plates 30, 30 are mounted on the front upper part of the frame 1. The functional device mounting plates 30 are recessed slightly from the front panel 50. A top plate 60 is mounted on the upper side of the frame 1. Functional devices such as a display device 35, a human body detection sensor 36, a speaker 37, a sling 38 and the like are mounted on the front surface of the functional device mounting plates 30. The extensions 33 of the functional device mounting plates 30 are fixed to mounting plates 28 with bolts 34, and cover plates 40, 42 are installed so as to conceal the extensions 33.
