    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating composite tile which is manufactured by arranging a heat insulating material formed of a foam resin in a hollow portion of a tile main body, wherein the tile is prevented from cracking at the tile main body due to expanding pressure of a resin liquid injected into the hollow portion, to thereby reduce a percent defective of the product, and to provide a method of manufacturing the heat insulating composite tile. SOLUTION: According to the method, a first foam resin 2 is arranged in the hollow portion 1a of the tile main body 1, and a raw material of a second foam resin 3 is fed into a space between the first foam resin 2 and an inner surface of the hollow portion 1a, followed by expanding the raw materia. The expanding pressure of the raw material of the second foam resin expanded in the hollow portion 1a is exerted not only on the inner surface of the tile main body 1 but also on the first foam resin 2. In this manner not only by dispersing the pressure of the second foam resin but also by absorbing the expanding pressure of the second foam resin by the first foam resin 2, the expanding pressure exerted on the tile main body 1 is eased, to thereby prevent cracking at the tile main body 1.       SOLUTION: The connecting sheet 20 is formed into a square shape, and a circular hole 21 is formed at the center of the connecting sheet. Four cut lines 22, which are provided on the connecting sheet 20, each communicate with the hole 21. As shown in Fig.8 and Fig.9, the upper side of the connecting sheet 20 is joined to the bottom surface 14a of a backside leg 14, and also joined to the inclined plane 14c. In addition, the downside of the connecting sheet 20 is joined to the bottom surface 11a of the backside leg 11, and also joined to the inclined plane 11c. The connecting sheet 20 can be structurally bent with ease in such a manner that the cut line 22 serves as a fold line. Consequently, the connecting sheet 20 can be properly joined to the inclined planes 11c and 14c.

A predetermined gap 13 is made between the external facings 11 and 11. When the screws 12 are strongly screwed thereto, the thickness of the elastic joint member 10 is remarkably reduced to thin as if the elastic joint member 10 is crushed by the external facings 11. For the joint gap 13, the elastic joint member 10 is not crushed by the external facings 11 so that the elastic joint member 10 can enter the joint gap 13. Accordingly, the external appearance is so finished that the inner part of the joint gap 13 is filled with the elastic joint member 10.

The first recess 11 is extended along the peripheral edge parts of the four sides, and goes around the back continuously without gaps. The second recess 12 is extended in the longitudinal direction of the tile 10. Furthermore, third recesses 13a, 13b are provided in a state where they connect between the first recess 11 and the second recess 12. The recess 13a connects between both longitudinal ends of the second recess 12 and the first recess 11, and the recess 13b connects between the longitudinal midpoint of the second recess 12 and the first recess 11.
